In December, the Prónay Castle transforms into a magical Advent setting, welcoming guests who wish to rest a little amidst the hustle and bustle of year-end.

Our Advent Sunday Lunch offers a special opportunity to enjoy one of the most wonderful times of the year with family or friends – accompanied by candlelight, the scent of pine, and festive flavours.
Our chefs prepare a Christmas-inspired menu based on traditional dishes, reimagined with a modern twist, using local ingredients and lots of love.

Starters

  • Smoked salmon, lentils
  • Taleggio cheese, pear–apple salad, walnuts
  • Cold cuts, cheeses, smoked delicacies

Salad Bar
Crisp salad leaves, fresh garden vegetables, homemade pickles, toasted seeds, dressings

Soups

  • Fisherman’s soup with catfish, pike-perch cheeks and matchstick pasta
  • Onion soup with Csendes Dűlő Olaszrizling, organic herbs, baguette chips

Main Courses

  • Pork porchetta, caramelised pearl onions
  • Confit duck leg, rosehip glaze, orange, prunes
  • Salmon fillet with pink pepper and mango
  • Venison ragout with wild mushrooms
  • Champignon and zucchini in crunchy millet flakes

Side Dishes

  • Mashed potatoes, sweet potato, chives
  • Braised red cabbage with apple and cinnamon
  • Jasmine rice, quinoa, organic seeds

Price of the lunch: 14,990 HUF / person
Children up to 3 years: free of charge
Children 3–12 years: 11,690 HUF / person
The participation fee includes unlimited food consumption and a guided castle tour. Prices are in HUF and include VAT.
