At the dinner party to be held in the Prónay Castle, we will recall the contemporary flavors of the table of the Prónays, the Batthyánys and the Habsburgs from the "long 19th century". Historian Csaba Katona, an employee of the Hungarian National Archives, will talk about the everyday life and eating habits of the 19th century aristocracy, old recipes and dishes.

At the events of the Prónay wine dinner, participants can taste items from various domestic wineries, our chef István Oláh with its food specialties.
The VI. Alsópetény Truffle and Lagotto Festival will be held this year on October 20. The professional sponsor of the Festival is the First Hungarian Truffle Association.
Visitors can compete in the truffle hunting dog competition, taste our chef's truffle specialties, participate in mushroom-related lectures and spend a whole day in the castle garden, resplendent in beautiful autumn colors.
Walking through the buildings and the park of the castle, we visit the historic buildings and tell stories about the life of the noble families who lived in the castle.
