Prónay Castle Ltd. was established in 2014 and is a Hungarian owned business entity. A significant portion of the Company’s revenue is generated from conference organization and commercial event services.
These activities are carried out across several sites in Alsópetény, primarily at the four building castle complex located at 52 Petőfi Street. The objective of our operations is to host events where guests can enjoy exclusive use of the venue in a private setting with family, friends, or corporate groups.
The loan amount is intended to finance the lease fee of our site located at Alsópetény, 52 Petőfi Street (plot No. 177), as well as subcontracted maintenance services. Of the total amount, HUF 9,000,000 is allocated to lease financing and HUF 16,000,000 to subcontracted maintenance.
