Movement = Life
Join a unique mid-summer fitness retreat where lifestyle change is not just a goal, but a lived experience. This camp offers an excellent opportunity to take the first steps toward a healthier lifestyle and discover the form of movement that truly suits you.
Our program includes group workouts, Nordic walking sessions, cycling tours, water aerobics, and many other engaging activities.
Throughout the retreat, we gradually introduce the body to regular physical activity, always taking individual physical capacity into account. Nutrition also plays a key role: our fitness menu is free from processed and refined ingredients, supporting metabolic balance and overall wellbeing. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced participant, the program is designed to be both enjoyable and effective for everyone.
