General Terms of the Loyalty Program:
- Eligible participants: natural persons over 18 years of age who are booking their stay for at least the second time
- Benefits apply only to individual guests who make reservations directly with the hotel (via email or phone). Discounts are not applicable to bookings made through third-party platforms or the website
- Discounts are personal and non-transferable, and apply only to stays booked and paid for by the cardholder, who must be present during the stay
- Maximum of two rooms/apartments can be booked at a discounted rate at the same time
- Loyalty discounts cannot be combined with other promotions
- Please ensure reservations are always made under the loyalty member’s name
- If you already have a Loyalty Card, please provide your card number when booking so we can identify you as a returning guest
